2019 bras across the bridge

Bra Stringing Party (Harrisburg Hilton, 2nd Street, Hbg.)
Come help us string all of the donated bras together in preparation for the big day. Forgot to donate your bras until now? Now sweat, just stop by and hand them off and stay for some fun.
This event is free, open to the public, and all are welcome.

Friday 8/9: 4p-8p
Packet Pick-up (Athleta, Susquehanna Shoppes)
Save yourself some time on event day and stop by Athleta from 4-8p on Friday August 9th to grab your free t-shirt or register last minute at pre-registration prices ($30/person). Stick around shop while you’re there!
Event Day Schedule
Participants can park in the main lot on City Island for this event. Pre-party is located at the base of the Walnut Street bridge on the City Island side (near the stables).
Parking on City Island will be FREE for event participants.
5:00p-6:30pM: Pre-Party (CHeck-In & REgistration)
Come early and enjoy entertainment from the WINK104 Boom Box, Venetia from HOT 106.7, WGAL8 talent, vendors and more. You can also register on-site between 5-6p ($35).
Event day registration closes at 6p. Staging for the walk begins at 6:30p.
6PM: Check-In/Registration CLOSES
Whether you decide to enjoy the Pre-Party with us or not, be sure you get to the Registration Table on City Island by 6P to check-in or register. At 6:30, all staging will begin for registered participants.
7P-8P: Bra Chain Parade over Walnut Street Bridge
Complete with music from Klock Entertainment, you won't want to miss the group crossing the bridge. Both sides of the bridge are lined by a long bra chain held by participants ending with a Survivor March where all survivors will parade across the bridge between the bra chains.
The Bra Chain Parade route is approximately 2 miles and is as follows:
City Island -> Walnut St Bridge -> Front St. -> Pine St. -> 2nd St. -> Arooga's (2nd & Locust)
8P-9P: Post Party at Arooga's
The bra chain ends at Arooga’s where we will takeover and toast to a job well done. All participants will receive a BOGO appetizer coupon.
